Contraindications:
Do not consume this product if you suffer from hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney disorder or a cardiovascular disorder. Do not consume this product if you have bipolar disorder or a mental health disorder. Do not consume this product if you are pregnant. Do not consume this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, laxatives or any other medication that may worsen electrolyte imbalance.
Known adverse effects:
Discontinue use of this product if you experience irritability, anxiety, headaches or insomnia. May cause digestive upset. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if you must operate heavy machinery, drive a motor vehicle or participate in activities requiring optimal mental alertness.
Duration of use:

Adult dosage:
3 capsules, once daily.
