Any product can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of receipt. No open or damaged product can be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless there was an error on our part.
For clothing/accessories exchanges or returns, the product must have its tag and be returned in its original packaging. If you received a jar with an open safety seal or an expired freshness date, do not consume the product and contact us directly. We will send you the procedure to follow for an exchange.
