CAUTION
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction, if you are taking blood pressure medication (antihypertensives or hypotensives), thyroid medication, sympathomimetics or monoamine oxidase inhibitors, cold medications containing decongestants (phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing ephedra or ephedrine, or any other blood pressure-increasing medication. Consult a healthcare practitioner if your cardiovascular condition worsens.
Avoid taking this product with health products or food that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g., medication, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). Some individuals may experience gastrointestinal upset (such as diarrhea).
Discontinue use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause flushing (hot flashes), tingling, and/or numbness. If this occurs, reduce the dose. This product is not intended to replace sleep. Creatine may lead to weight gain.
